Privacy, in plain English
What we collect
When you run a scan we store the website address you give us and the technical results. When you request a report or callback we store your name, email, phone number and how you found us (e.g. which ad you clicked). We don’t collect anything else, and we never buy or sell data.
How we use it
To deliver your report, call you back about your enquiry, and understand which of our ads actually work. We use Google Analytics for that last part.
Who can see it
Our team, and the services we use to operate (hosting, email delivery, analytics). All are bound by their own privacy obligations. We never sell or rent your details.
Your rights
Want your data corrected or deleted? Email privacy@websitemedic.io and we’ll action it within 30 days, as required by the Australian Privacy Principles.
