Hacked? Don’t panic — we clean up.
Spam pages, redirects, Google warnings, customer complaints — whatever just happened, the first step is a calm diagnosis. Free, in about 60 seconds.
Sound familiar?
“Google is showing a red “this site may be hacked” warning on your business name.”
“Customers are getting redirected to dodgy pharmacy or casino pages.”
“You’re not sure what they got into — or whether it’s still happening.”
What we do in the first 60 minutes
Confirm the compromise
Blacklist status, injected spam, malicious scripts — we check what’s visible and tell you how deep it likely goes.
Stop the bleeding
We isolate the damage so it can’t spread — without destroying the evidence of how they got in.
Clean and harden
Malware removed, holes closed, Google review requested. Then we lock the doors they used.
Fair questions
Should I just delete the site and restore a backup?
Not yet. If you restore over the evidence without finding the entry point, they’ll be back next week. Diagnose first, then clean properly.
Will Google remove the warning?
Yes — once the site is genuinely clean we submit a review request. The warning typically clears within a day or two of approval.
Is my customer data at risk?
It depends what your site stores and what was compromised. We’ll give you a straight answer during diagnosis, including whether you have notification obligations.
Not sure what’s wrong? Tell us what’s happening and we’ll figure it out together — or call 1300 000 000.
